I started CI after seeing a gap in the agency landscape: traditional firms were either too big to grasp the nuanced needs of small businesses, or too rigid to deliver custom strategy for fast-moving, innovative brands.
Crafted Impact is built on over a decade of hands-on experience in product strategy, brand storytelling, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and operational growth.
